About us
Coleman Farm Supply, Inc. is a family owned Southern States franchise established in 1948 in historic Appomattox, Virginia. We are a small community agricultural store serving local farmers, gardeners, and home owners.
As a Southern States store, our customers have access to experts, including nutritionists and agronomists. Customer service and know-how are a big part of what we do.

Bulk fertilizer
Custom mix fertilizers blended in our stainless steel weight hopper and mixer.
Bulk lime
Lime is often the best place to start when trying to sweeten the soil. Typically 2 tons of raw ag lime will raise the pH 1 full point, and it makes fertilizers more efficient.
Bulk feed
Bulk feed saves at least $50 per ton and is sold in 3 ton increments. Custom feeds can be made to order, and bulk feedstuffs can be brought in by the 24 ton load.
Livestock
Feed, minerals and supplies for beef cattle, dairy cattle, horses, sheep, goats, poultry, swine and fish.
Fencing
Wood posts with .40CCA treatment, rough cut and treated pine boards, 16' cattle panels, brace wire, brace pins, crimp sleeves, wire taps and crimping tools.
Lawn & garden
A wide variety of seed, fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides and animal control products. Organic products are available for most situations.
Boots
Work, casual and hunting boots from Wolverine, Rocky and Dryshod, plus overshoes and rubber boots. Don't see your pair? We are happy to order them for you.
Tools & pet
Hand tools for the farm and yard, plus dog collars, leashes, feed bowls, wormers, dog food, flea and tick treatments and pet beds.
Bulk feed savings
Bulk feed saves at least $50 per ton and is sold in 3 ton increments. Prices change weekly based on the Chicago Board of Trade. Additional discounts:

| 18 tons | $13 off per ton |
| 24 tons | $15 off per ton |
Bulk feedstuffs we can bring in: citrus pulp, soyhull pellets, corn gluten, peanut hulls, corn (ground, cracked, whole), hominy, dried distillers grain, cottonseed hulls, whole cottonseed and beet pulp pellets. Quoted daily, and loads can be split into multiple drop locations.
